Joy Bird Yoga provides a safe and welcoming positive space for all. Empowering your mind and body with breath and movement, nurturing balance and strength. Joy Bird Yoga's goal is to motivate while creating friendships, growth, and peace on and off the mat.
Hot yoga is a style of yoga practiced in a infrared heated room, usually around 100°F. The added warmth helps your muscles loosen up so you can move more comfortably and get deeper into each pose. It’s a great way to build strength and improve flexibility.
A lot of our students tell us they feel more energized and focused after class. Hot yoga can be a little challenging at first, but it’s a rewarding experience that leaves you feeling strong, calm, and refreshed.
And don’t worry: we’ll bring the cool down, too. Every class ends with a relaxing Savasana and a chilled towel to help you cool off and wind down.
