Joy Bird Hot Yoga (Infrared)

Beginner Friendly - ALL Levels


Stimulating your mind and body with balancing poses and traditional Hatha yoga poses. Connecting your breath and asanas. Poses flow in a slow pace from one to another developing strength stamina and flexibility while calming the mind.


Room at 105 degrees with 40 to 70% humidity.

Flowing into stillness (non~heated) ALL- Levels Beginner Friendly


This class begins with an energizing vinyasa flow~ building heat, strength, and breath awareness through intentional movement. As the pace slows, we transition into nourishing Yin Postures held for time, targeting deep connective tissues and inviting stillness. Expect to leave feeling both invigorated and deeply grounded~balanced in body, breath, and mind.

Hot Yin (Infrared)

 Hot Yin Yoga — Infrared Heat & Humidity (All Levels) Beginner Friendly


For all yogis seeking stillness with a little extra heat. Practiced in our 95° infrared–heated studio with soothing humidity, this Yin practice invites you to melt into long, supported holds. The warmth softens muscles, boosts circulation, and deepens release, while the humidity adds an extra layer of detox and renewal. Come sweat, surrender, and leave feeling open, grounded, and refreshed.

Not Hot Yin

Not Hot Yin -- (ALL Levels) Beginner Friendly


  Slow it all down and sink in. In this gentle, meditative practice, you’ll melt into long, supported postures that invite deep release through the fascia, joints, and connective tissues. Perfect for beginners seeking stillness or experienced yogis craving depth, Yin is a nourishing reset for body, mind, and soul. Leave feeling open, grounded, and renewed.
